A wired microphone, flag and flagpole, podium, tables and chairs, and kitchen access are all available for setups and booking details, through the reservation software.

Directions
Coming from the West, head left from the West entrance foyer, down the hallway; the meeting room is the furthest North, with two doors on the East end (near the keyhole) and one door on the South end. Coming from the East, head West through the lobby into the East Foyer and turn right; the meeting room is the furthest North (second to the left), with two doors on the North end (near the outside keyhole door) and one door on the South end. There is two-hour surface and street parking on the east, west and north sides of the Library. A small number of two-hour underground parking spaces are available in the public parking lot located under the Library and accessible from Emery Street on the Library's east side.
